Access to and use of the CUTIBERICA online store, as well as the purchase of products, imply the reading, understanding and acceptance of our General Terms of Use.
These General Terms of Use regulate the commercial relationships established between CUTIBERICA and third parties who use and/or purchase products through the CUTIBERICA online store.
The prices indicated for each item are fixed, include VAT, but do not include shipping costs.
1. HOW TO ORDER
In this online store, products are grouped into families and subfamilies. By accessing the family of the product that interests you, you can select the product of your choice and obtain all the information about it, as well as make the purchase.
To purchase a product, you must register by providing all the required data and accept the General Terms of Use. We recommend that you read and accept the General Terms of Use carefully.
The data provided will be stored in a database owned exclusively by the Company and will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Users who register only as buyers will not receive news, promotions or offers unless they give their express consent.

To make a purchase, you must follow the steps indicated in the ordering process, where detailed prices and other associated data appear, and make payment using one of the available options.
Once the purchase is made, the user will receive a confirmation email with a breakdown of all products purchased, prices, taxes, shipping costs and the corresponding payment method.
This confirmation does not serve as an invoice and is only proof of purchase. The final invoice will be sent later together with the purchased products or by email.
Orders will be stored in the CUTIBERICA database for a period that will never exceed the limits established by current legislation.
2. PRODUCTS AND PRICES
CUTIBERICA reserves the right to modify, at any time, the commercial offer presented on its website (modifications of products, prices, promotions and other commercial and service conditions).
The images of the products presented in the online store correspond as faithfully as possible, within the limits of internet imaging technology, to the products we sell.
The prices of the products shown in the online store are in Euros and include VAT. Shipping costs will be added to these prices, which are communicated to the user during the purchase process and must be accepted with the confirmation of the order.
The amount of shipping costs depends on the weight and total volume of the order.
If typographical errors are found in this online store, completely beyond the Company’s control, they will be corrected immediately. In such cases, if there is an error in a price and a customer has decided to purchase the product based on the price displayed, the error will be communicated to the customer, who will have the right to cancel the purchase without any problem.
3. PAYMENT METHODS
After confirming all the details of your order/purchase, products, shipping method, delivery address and billing information, a new page will appear to choose the payment method.
Payment for the selected products and shipping costs can be made in the following ways:

Credit card payment is processed with purchase confirmation. Please fill in all the mandatory fields carefully.
For payments made with foreign credit cards (issued outside Portugal), the issuing bank must be covered by the Secure Electronic Commerce protocol (3D Secure). Payments with cards that do not meet this requirement will not be accepted.
If any of the ordered items are out of stock or found to be defective at the time of shipping, the corresponding amount will be refunded to the credit card within a period not exceeding 30 days.
We accept VISA and MASTERCARD credit cards. All credit card payments comply with the security requirements demanded by the Bank of Portugal.
CUTIBERICA reserves the right to refuse any operation carried out with a credit card. In such case, the corresponding amount will be refunded to the card.

To facilitate and guarantee transfers made from abroad, you must provide the issuing bank with the BIC/SWIFT and IBAN codes.
It is very important to write in the transfer’s sender field the order number or reference, as well as your full name.
You have 2 BUSINESS DAYS to process your order after confirming the request. As soon as CUTIBERICA receives confirmation of your transfer, we will activate the order. The delivery period starts from the date of receipt of the transfer in our account.
4. SHIPPING METHODS
Products purchased in the CUTIBERICA online store will be sent to the delivery address indicated by the user, after payment confirmation and within a maximum period of 30 days, as established by law. However, the usual delivery period is 2 to 7 BUSINESS DAYS after payment confirmation, provided that the item is in stock. In case of out of stock, CUTIBERICA will contact the user to inform about the estimated delivery time or to offer an alternative.
For deliveries to Madeira and Azores, the delivery time depends on the destination, weight and volume of the order, averaging 10 to 20 BUSINESS DAYS.
CUTIBERICA will not be held responsible for delivery errors caused by incorrect entry of the delivery address by the user.
In case of delivery delays attributable to CUTIBERICA, the user may cancel the order in accordance with the procedures described in the “Returns” section, without having to bear the costs of shipping and return.
Shipping costs are not included in the product prices. At the time of purchase, the user will be informed of the shipping cost.
Deliveries are made to the ground floor entrance of the delivery address provided by the client.
Estimated Delivery Time – Approximately 2 to 5 BUSINESS DAYS in mainland Portugal and 10 to 20 BUSINESS DAYS in the islands. Transit time may be exceeded due to adverse weather conditions or airline responsibility where applicable.
BY FREIGHT COMPANY – For orders over 50 kg and for the islands.
Shipping Costs – depend on the volume and weight of the goods. We provide a free quote upon request.
Delivery Time – approximately 5 to 20 business days, depending on the location.
If we do not have all the items of your order in stock, you may request a partial delivery.
5. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If the goods are not to your satisfaction, the client may return the items, provided that:

CUTIBERICA authorizes the return in writing.
The goods are in perfect condition, new, in their original packaging, and with their guarantees and instructions if applicable.
The items are properly packaged and protected, including the Return Form provided by CUTIBERICA, signed and dated, indicating the order number and reason for return.
Return shipping costs are borne entirely by the client, except in the case of defective products or errors by CUTIBERICA.
CUTIBERICA will not issue a refund or send replacement products until the returned goods have been received and verified.
The amount to be refunded will be the value shown on the order form. The refund will be made using the same payment method as the purchase, within the legal deadlines.
In the case of defective products, CUTIBERICA will replace the product with another in perfect condition. Replacement will always be for an identical product with the same reference, and the costs of return and reshipping will be borne by CUTIBERICA.
In case of an error in the product shipped, CUTIBERICA will cover the cost of return and reshipping of the correct product.

7. WARRANTIES
The warranty of the various items sold in the CUTIBERICA online store is the same as that given by the manufacturers, who guarantee that the products are free from manufacturing defects and are not unsuitable or dangerous for normal use.
8. INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY
All content of the CUTIBERICA online store, as well as each article and the information or materials contained in it, trademarks, structure, selection, organization and presentation of its content and the software used, are protected by intellectual and industrial property rights of CUTIBERICA or third parties.
The user may not reproduce, transform, modify, disassemble, reverse engineer, distribute, rent, lend, make available or allow public access to any of the items or elements mentioned above, unless expressly authorized in writing by CUTIBERICA or, where applicable, by the third-party rights holders.
9. DATA PROTECTION
We recommend that you read our Privacy Policy carefully, where all related information is explained.
10. USER OBLIGATIONS
The user is responsible for the use of the online store, the purchase of products and the responsible use of the services, in accordance with the law, morality and these General Conditions.

12. MODIFICATION OF GENERAL CONDITIONS
CUTIBERICA reserves the right to modify these General Conditions of Use at any time, without the need to inform the user.
13. LEGISLATION
Commercial transactions carried out with CUTIBERICA are governed by Portuguese law. In case of conflict or discrepancy, the competent forum will be the Lisbon District Court, unless otherwise legally prohibited.
14. HOW TO RECEIVE THE GOODS
Confirm that the number of packages delivered matches the number indicated on the Delivery Note. Check the external condition of the packages. If you detect any anomaly (e.g., tampering/opening of packaging), take a photo and describe it in detail on the Delivery Note, add the date and sign clearly with your name. It is essential to report the anomaly to CUTIBERICA (tel. +351 937 527 513 or email info@cutiberica.com) within 14 BUSINESS DAYS. Otherwise, we cannot accept the claim or resolve the issue.
15. HOW TO CHECK THE GOODS
After opening the packages, confirm that the items and quantities received match your order. In case of error, please contact CUTIBERICA (tel. +351 937 527 513 or email info@cutiberica.com) within 3 BUSINESS DAYS after receipt. CUTIBERICA will not consider any claim made more than 14 BUSINESS DAYS after receipt of the goods, based on the date and time on the delivery note. In case of error, CUTIBERICA will inform you what steps to take to return or exchange the goods. CUTIBERICA does not accept returns without prior notice and/or sent by transport companies not authorized by us.
